Shipping Options & Costs
Most orders in by 3:00pm(CST) usually ship the same day or next business day. For the 48 contiguous United States, we offer a variety of shipping options: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day Air, 1 Day Air Delivery. Please call us at 1-847-519-1201 for Saturday delivery services.
Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. International orders or APO/FPO orders may take longer. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder or item is not available, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
Please note that we are not responsible for duties and GST. You are advised to consult your local government import office if you have questions. Import duties, customs duty, VAT taxes, brokerage and clearance fees is the responsibility of a buyer or receiver.
Shipments tracking numbers are emailed once orders are shipped.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Most product is guaranteed for 1 year parts and 90 days labor by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items we offer an exclusive 30-day exchange/refund policy. The items that have been installed, scratched, or abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization from us. Items must be returned in original factory packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Special order items may not be returnable.
To return or exchange a product, please call Customer Service at 1-847-519-1201 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA # does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Pack the product's factory box into a shipping box with packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA # issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not on the product package.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. Exchanges, replacements or refunds are initiated only after receiving of returned merchandise. Credits will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Shipping charges are not refundable and do not covered by manufacturer's warranty.
